It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

Been Here about xxxmths now let me tell you the first manager sucked lemons (Denise) she did'nt care if you had a problem or not and most of the times if you did have one and you called the offices if this person name(Monica)answered the phone all she did was say (okBoo). (I tell mantienance Boo) etc.Jeff is ok but he is also hilarious wich gets annoying at times. But they do have this new manger she has been great so far.Hopefully she can change things around also I noticed some drug activity. so beware. Also called the cops about this activity and all they did was take the info and never showed up, my neighbors are a (nuscanse) if thats spelled right but who cares they suck. maybe they will change but as for now u get the picture.

THE NEW MANAGER IS NO BETTER AND THE WORSE THING TO HAPPEN TO RIVER TRACE APARTMENTS IS FIRING LONNIE THEY FIRED LONNIE AFTER 23 YEARS OF GOOD WORK AND HE WAS THE ONLY MAN THAT EVER KEPT THE YARDS CLEAN AND WOULD HELP YOU ANYTIME YOU NEEDED HIM EVEN AFTER HOURS!!!
