It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

Unconcerned, inconsiderate and roach infested!

I just moved into my apartment less than 2 weeks ago and roaches are everywhere! I saw a couple when I moved in but was sworn to that they were only from the apartment being vacant and would be gone, that was and still is a big LIE! have been trying to get this issue resolved and move but no one seems to be taking me seriously. I have an asthmatic child and I just don't choose to live with these roaches! These people in their office do not care about you once they have gotten your money and you have signed your lease! When you call the manager she is in a "meeting" all day, yeah right! This place is a joke, DON"T MOVE HERE!
