My husband and I moved here last april from The Timbers Apt.in Frayser. I was so excited to be moving out of the HOOD. When we first moved in we were feed a bunch of lies about 24hour maintenance ,decent working appliances& good heating & air units. We were out of a dishwasher for 3 months. Fitness center sucks,pools are never open but by far the worst are the ROACHES! They are everywhere! I once was drinking from a water bottle & I saw a ROACH on the rim!THANK GOD I didnt drink it. We are moving in May & stil have not unpacked all of our boxes from last April for fear the ROACHES will get into our valuables. I contacted Mid America Proporties TWICE about the infestation after speaking with Tonya numerous times. I didnt realize what I was getting into. Its a trap! Management does not care,you get the run around from maintenance& the only pretty thing is the landscaping. If you move here anyway consider yourself WARNED!

Here is Mid America Properties itself stating that the property is to be sold and that the closing is this month (September). No one who lives here has been told of this at all. I wonder if one of the idiots at the leasing office will claim that there were flyers placed hither and yon about it or some other crap like that... One additional property, River Trace, a 25-year old property with 440 units located in Memphis, TN, is under contract for sale, with a closing scheduled for September.
