It happened after the building I live in and the one right next door had no power back in June due to the tornado. No one from corporate on down did anything! No follow through on safety. (user photo) One of the bedroom windows. It has mildew and is rotted out. I clean them all the time but it grows back (user photo) This was in th HVAC/Water Heater closet. You can tell by looking at it that no one has ever done preventive maintenace.It is the users manual for the water heater.

I really like it out here i been living here for 15 months and have had no problems.The maintance is very well kept and its quiet. the only thing is they need to upgrade the interior other than that they work with you if you are late on your rent they are great, and i dont wont to move, but due to recession we have to cause we are to far behind on our rent and legal process has begun,but they have been very patient and helpful.
