I had very bad experience about Riverdale. They will take you to court. Nicky picky things like holes in the wall, slightly stained carpets and so on. They send me a court notice after an year after moving out of that apartment complex. Said I did not notify their people. They were wrong. I did notify the apartment manager before I moved out. I had several other friends had the similar experience with other sunshine corporation apartments in Memphis and nearby areas. I would not recommend anybody about this apartment. Dont fall in the trap for $100 kroger shopping card. This is a bait. You will end up in court paying thousands.
