You know I get so really sick and tired of hearing people complain.... After I lived at Edgewater Apartments.. I moved off property for a while... when I began to look at other properties, I chose Riverdale... because of the location and the ammenaties that it offered..... I lived here for aprox. one year as well and considering the size of the property I never had a problem with maintenance and this was even when they were short on a maintenance staff... I always had every problem correctied within a day or on the same day. Once again when I moved out it was smooth sailing and thanks to the courteous staff there were no charges.. see unlike most people I am clean and even had a roommate. If I spilled something I cleaned it up so there was no stains left on the carpet... and yes I will admit that sunshine corporation is strict with the rules.. but a lease is a legal document with rules and guidelines. Once again.. dont blame the staff of Riverdale or Sunshine Corporation because you broke the rules and had to pay.... That would be your own incompitence not theirs!!! Its called INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.... look them up!!!!

Riverdale is another beautiful sunshine property and is very pleasant to live at.

I would highly recommend them simply because of the room they offer and the courteous staff.....

Before moving in,request a copy of the clauses and fine print to take a highlighter too. It's overwhelming the amount of bull!@#! you find out after the fact especially when they tell you it's just a standard lease agreement (NOT SO).
Currently the rating of Riverdale Townhomes- is questionable. Like all locations there are some good points and bad. I've had no problems with any of the staffing or maintance outside of one female and we haven't crossed paths since my initial apartment incident 3.5 years ago. When I first moved in I had water damage to my lower unit, burst wall pipes of some sort causing water damage to carpet (all replaced including padding)-the on-site mgr at that time was quite full of herself with an attitude as if I broke the water main. To boot ->All-State renter's insurance (sucked big time on this one)- ants and spiders are a problem - tenants with dogs are a problem (people have a tendency of letting them run loose and poop along your door area and in the grass around patio and front door- no fresh air insite)and one of the on-site manager's (the red head, don't know her name)is guilty of this one on a daily basis with her little pooper she walks daily. As far as space- not really accomadating as far as closet space, pantry space, and living room/dining room combo is a bit cramp. Visitors do not respect the tenant parking at all. I guess out of all the other locations I've checked on, the ratings are about the same. I've probably would have moved by now if it was different at any of the other locations I've checked on- I assure you it was no difference.
Now for the good points-short and sweet
Maintance has been wonderful (3.5 years straight) no problem in this area at all.
Security has been adequate-no break-in on my end accept for a couple of folk's placing falsefied reports inorder to break their leases.
As far as the one good rating-
ththummper must work for the main office, because he/she or it is not a resident at any of the three locations.

That's better now.... but I just have one question? Who in their right mind lives in an apartment for 3.5 years 06 more apparently and is that unhappy with service? Something sounds a little fishy to me!!
