Pathetic rules & property management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   It seems like the property management have well planned strategy to rip-off tenants through ridiculous charges for cleaning drip-pans (although they admit of replacing them for new residents) and cleaning carpet stains ( a gullible tenant would move in not noticing the small insignificant stains on carpet). BEWARE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS TO NOTE EVERYTHING ON YOUR MOVE IN LIST.
