Look out and Beware, the Riverdale Apartments are BAD news. I was a tenant there from December 2003 to June 2004, that is when someone broke into my apartment. The assistant manager came over and took a look at the apartment, and told me to have an alarm installed and I will be okay. It is an UNSAFE place to stay. When I moved out, they charged me 134.00 for cleaning the carpet and repainting the walls. There was nothing wrong with neither of the two. I would discourage anyone wanting to rent from the SUNSHINE CORPORATION. The staff is highly uinprofeesional and uneducated. LOOK OUT and BEWARE, because there is someone out to get your money and take advantage of you and it is the SUNSHINE CORPORATION.
