Well, first off I have only been living in the Riverdale since the first of March. Since then I have had my car broken into and my radio stolen. I have written a letter about my neighbors parking in our covered parking space on a regular because they have 4 cars and two don't work, so they use other tenants parking places. Nothing was done about that letter I wrote and the lady at Sunshine took for ever getting back with me to let me knowif the situation had been addressed.
Also I have been having major problems with ants. Inside and outside. My mom took my kids for a walk out back by my patio area and was walking and looked down and ants were all over both her feet. There are BIG ant houses outside all in the grass. Maintence has not did anything about it either, because I have called them. I have spiders in my second bedroom all the time and now I am having ant and worm-looking termite things all in my bathtub. They claim the people come out to spray on Tuesday's but apparently they half do it because they come when you are not home and my problem has not been resolved since I first made my very first call about just ants in March. And last, I have a crack in my wall in my master bedroom and there is this dust looking round termite looking stuff growing out the wall. My husband has tried to get if off and when he does, the stuff grows right back. I have called for a month now about it and nothing has been done to fix it. I just hope that when I move out, I do not have the problems as far as Sunshine trying to sue due to a few spots in the carpet or bacause of some minor spot on the wall. I would be very disappointed if that happened, but from other people experiences, seems like they really try to get your money
