I once lived at the Riverdale Apartments, that is until my apartment was broken into. My apartment was broken into in the broadness of daylight. The staff at the Riverdales acted as if it was my fault. The asst. manager told me that I should have gotten an alarm installed. Also the parking situation is absolutely horrible. Let's talk about the ants and the groundskeeper. Ants are everywhere, the funny thing is they stay hidden until you have been there for about a month or so. The groundskeepers are all ex-cons and could be the very people that are breaking in cars and apartments. Please if it is possible, find somewhere else to live if you are seeking an apartment. Signing a lease with the Sunshine Corporation and Riverdale could be the worst thing you do in life.
