Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
If your apartment gets broken into Sunshine does nothing to help you! So much for a "gated" community and "security"! I also paid $25 extra a month to have my back door at the lake! JOKE I lived at the mere tip of the lake mostly non lake area! Mail, well good luck getting yours its always in the wrong boxes and sometimes you dont get it at all.
