They will rip you off when you are moving out with ridiculous charges. If you refuse they will take you to Court. 25% of the reviews here talk about taking you to court. They will try to take advantage of you with all the fine print on your lease. Very Very unfriendly staff. The staff is a pain to deal with. Please stay away. There are better alternatives.
I stayed here for 1.5 years and when it was time to move I was made to pay additional months rent and warnings of taking me to court.
