I have been living in Riverdale Apts for a year now, & I must say that I dont have any complaints. Sunshine Corp tells you in advanced their rules, and they go strictly by their rules. As far as the burgulary, it really does not matter where you live, whether its gated or not, if someone wants to break into your property, they will unless you have someone watching it 24/7, it's a good idea to get rental insurance any where you rent, that will cover any burgulary problems you may have. Some areas are just more prone to burgulary than others. I wouldn't know about the court problems because I pay my rent on time (which is something you agree to do when you sign). I haven't moved out yet, so I don't know about the rediculous fees they make you pay, but keep in mind that you don't pay a deposit, so yes they probably will charge you for everything they have to fix when you leave. Other apartments do as well, they just keep your deposit. Some people WRECK their apartments and wonder why they are being charged!!! I don't have any problems with bugs, then again, I am clean. Any maintenance problem that I have had, has been corrected within a day or two. You have some people that expect perfection, but don't even pay their bills on time. As of now, I dont really see the Big Problem that people have with Riverdale!
