You think living in their property is a nightmare'''You should work for them. We were told to charge you as much as possible for every detail such as carpet, stove, fireplace. It was frowned upon to give your money back. They were well maintained at that time but even then break ins were constant and that been several years. If you were late on rent you would come home to all your things piled in the parking lot. The owner was a tyrant, greedy, money hungry evil man. So if you think going to the top helps you are wrong! Better to stay away from the entire management grioup if possible.
