Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've lived here for 2 years and I haven't had any real problems. I think the office staff is very courteous and try to help you any way they can especially the asst mgr. The only problem I have are the wasps in the summer and the raccoons, but I don't think there's a lot they can do about that. overall I think it's pretty good especially the monthly neighborhood watch meetings.
