Moving to Rivergrove Townhomes was my worst mistake, you constantly have to call to report problems and when maitenance finally comes, you never know because they don't wear uniforms or leave a note letting you know they were there. They have an ant problem that is never solved,(disgusting) La Monica is very rude and very unprofessinal. Her speech is worse than a 5 year old. the plumbing is horrible so the wet vac people live in the complex and they just leave the plumbing trash right in front of your home and they never replace old soiled carpet. the security gate is never fixed, so Don't be suprised if you wake up to gun shots, because I did and a bullet hole in my car, which is not the apartment people responsibility. The ground keeping is horrible, tree branches every where, paper everywhere. Please do not make the mistake I am correcting in a couple of weeks.

I live here at Rivergrove and have not had the experience that you wrote about. I am not saying that you are wrong but i have not had any of these things to happen. I enjoy living at Rivergrove and plan to stay. The grounds are nice, the office staff is wonderful,the maintaince is very helpful. I am sorry that you had that experience. But Rivergrove is good to me!!!!
