This Place is Definitely Hell on Earth

I am moving out of this apartment at the end of the month.. Imagine paying >$800 a month to live in a highrise where the elevator NEVER works, you smell everything from your neighbors apartment (including their marijuana), loud belligerent neighbors singing and yelling at all hours of the night, extremely difficult parking situation (especially when they want to screw up the main lobby floors on a whim), urine in elevators throughout the weekend, and access to hot water only about 40% of the time. In the South Tower (the nicer side) you cannot determine when you have heat or air, so if you have a random hot day in the winter months, you only have access to heat so you cannot cool your apartment. Also feeling unsafe, as the one apartment that you share a common hallway and washer dryer with is rented out to random people each and every weekend even though when you signed a lease you were promised "That doesn't happen at the Rivermark."
I did renew the lease once, but at this point I just can't take it anymore. I am following 3 different former Rivermark tenants (I've heard of more, but only 3 that I've spoken to) across the street to South Bluffs for a considerably larger, cheaper, safer apartment.

The inability to properly manage this community will definitely be the downfall of the Rivermark.

I agree, you would think that a property that is in the downtown area of Memphis would be an exciting place to live. IT'S NOT...I have never seen or been in a place where the manager is so unprofessional and attitude is so NASTY!!! Trust me, people talk and I'm not the only one that knows this and has experienced this. It is not cute when you pay $700 to $950 for a place to live that has "ROACHES"(BIG ONES), and the manager thinks it is funny and says, "there's nothing I can do but call pest control and see if they will come out. I say start from scratch, tear down and rebuild.. "Give me a Break". I have only one question. "How in the world and where did they find this person?
