not recommended at all From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The maintenance is poor- maybe they will get to you, maybe not. If so, could be a few days, could be 2 months. This place has a bad brown recluse (poisonous spider that leaves necrotic lesions) problem and they are resistant to all kinds of pesticides. The complex is an eyesore among mud island- it needs to be repainted, some roofs redone, wallpaper replaced. It is the oldest complex on the island and it shows. The wallpaper inside is old and hideous. The pools are always dirty, the clubhouses (except main one) are never cleaned. The place has little gate arms for some kind of security I guess, but they are often driven into and broken on weekends. I know other people who have lived here simply to move out. I have moved out and would never move back. Most complaints due to slack maintainance of the complex. It is the cheapest place on the island though- you get what you pay for.
