Spiders

Please be aware that this complex has a major spider problem...brown recluses.

I moved to this apt from out of state and never even knew what a brown recluse looked like.

Now I am an expert.

If you complain, the office will tell you that this is a problem everywhere in memphis (NOT TRUE) and act as if you are overreacting that poisonous spiders are in your apt.

The staff is constantly changing and very difficult to work with at times.

Although this is the cheapest place on Mud Island (which is the vest palce to live downtown), I would rather pay more.

Seriously consider if you want to live with spiders before moving to Riverset.
