Terrible!!

As most people who have posted, I moved here from out of town. My lease expires in a few months and I can't wait to give management a notice announcing that I WILL BE LEAVING Riverset. The complex is old and not well kept. Management is unresponsive and unfriendly. The spider problem is serious, and as every posting explaings management fails to take the problem seriously. I would not recommend riverset to anyone considering livig on Mudd Island. There are a lot of other similarly priced places to live in. Trust me the savings (perhaps about $100/month) are not worth the hazard that is living in this place.
