These are the oldest apts on mud island, so they come with lowest rents among four major complexes. The location and landscaping is good and floor plans are sensible.

However,.... Management has been absolutely horrible. There have been some takeovers of the management in last two years, but everytime, without fail, they manage to hire rudest, most inefficient, most unprofessional and seemingly senseless people on the staff. I am not bitter, I still live here but over a period of time, several personal experiences and those of my friends lead me to this honest and absolutely objective opinion.

They are mostly honest about maintenance, "it takes time, sir!" And the smallest quantum of time is a month. They are fast if it is something that is damaging their property. If it is just your inconvenience, well, that is your problem, and will remain your problem for ages.
