think twice From: tahjzhuan Date posted: 4/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I've always felt safe, never had my car broken into, and never had a problem with noise. The staff seems to frequently change so honestly, I don't know who works there anymore. It's the best value on Mud Island I agree but, there are much nicer places to live outside of 38103 for the same price. I recommend it if you want to live downtown for a low cost and you're gully and not afraid of spiders and mosquitos.
