Read lease carefully From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived in Riverset for one year and it started out fine. There was a large problem with spiders, but I was aware of that before I moved there. The maintenance would fix the problems, but I would have to call a few days later for the same problem. I had really bad leaking pipes that were not fixed and lead to horrible mold in my apartment which I did not find untill I moved out. Also, we were told we would be notified before our lease ran out and we were not. However, they office was certain that they did, but then they remembered they probably did not. The management keeps changing, which leads to more problems. Good luck if you live there.
