Do not live at Riverset.

You will be living in the Ghetto Apartment Complex of the Island.

Best to keep driving down the road and check out the other apartment complexes.

They are actually worth their money and have an incredibly efficient staff.

I made the move from Riverset to the Grove about 1 year ago and have been so THANKFUL!
