You pay for what you have. Discounts could decrease your rent down to 700 for good 1bdr apartment w/fire place. If you have arachnophobia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arachnophobia DO NOT move to Riverset. And please don't take seriously previous whipping about Brown recluse. That some kind of urban myth with the horror pictures of S. aureus and diabetes.

BROWN RECLUSES WILL KILL YOU IF THEY BITE YOU. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL HERE AT RIVERSET. ALSO BEWARE OF RAPISTS AND RANDOM GANG GUN PLAY IN THE AREA
