We're two weeks away from leaving. The past year has been hell: our apartment has twice flooded and both times we've had maintenance in to fix carpeting, etc. we've had several items taken, including perfumes and an iPod. The office staff is very unprofessional and do not take personal requests into account (please don't allow maintenance into our apartment without notifying us or one of being in the apartment, for example), even when submitted in writing. Maintenance requests are often noted on dirty napkins, so it's no wonder you don't have maintenance completed in a timely or professional manner.
I would never recommend this complex to anyone.

Totally right!!! Listen to these people. They are not exaggerating a bit. Management? All of them are idiots!!!
