Good value!

Riverset is a good overall value. My apartment was very clean when I moved in, with new carpets and walls. I have not had any problems with bugs, spiders, and have never felt unsafe. They offer a great combination of good square footage (for an apartment) and a low price, considering the location. Dollar-for-dollar it s the best deal on Mud Island, in my opinion.
The exterior of many of the buildings could definitely use a new coat of paint, but they have recently installed new street lights, which gives the place a much better feel at night. A nice new pool is under construction, too. The exercise room is comically small, but Mud Island Park is a joggers paradise, so the tiny gym seems superfluous anyway.
Like I said, the interior space is great, but the kitchen is a definite low point. It is on the small size, and the cabinets and countertops are old and plain. If they invested a little money into improving them, it would really help the overall quality.
Value is really the key word. Over 1,100 square feet, two bedrooms, on Mud Island, for $759 per month (river views are a little extra) can t be matched. If you need lots of bells and whistles, look elsewhere but be prepared to pay a serious premium.
