the management is not very friendly after you sign your lease.
our mailbox is continuously broken and they refuse to fix it properly.

the security gate has been broken for over a year.
the maintenance man comes in a timely manner but doesn't fix things very well.
good points, it is quiet here, parking is good, and the management stays off your back about things.
