The office staff is hit and miss.
I went to the office to retrieve a UPS package at a time when the only person manning the office was a young black male. His people skills were terrible. He was eating a bag of chips which he couldn't stand to put down while searching for my package. He erroneously told me that my package hadn't been delivered to the office. I wound up thinking the problem was with UPS. However, the problem was with this guy. It took a return visit to the office where a young female found my package without difficulty.

You mention that the male was young and black, and you mention the female as young but do not mention her ethnicity. I wonder why. ?????
