this is definitely not the best place I have ever lived but the price was better than the other places on the island .

Being a student this is an excellent fit ,its close to school and in one of the most beautiful places in memphis [harbortown].The staff members have always been nice and maintenance requests are usally taken care of in a day or two .But the best part ,they told me the new fitness center will be open this month .

I peeked in the other day ,its huge ! anyway its not the newest or perfect but overall the best deal on the island.
