Not luxury, but still nice

I have lived at Riverset for two years in a 2bdr/2ba apartment.

The floorplan is great for roommates and the location was ideal for work and school.

I am looking to get my own place and wouldn't mind staying here in a smaller apartment, but the 1 bedrooms are tiny for how much they cost.
It isn't gated and doesn't have updated appliances, but it's clean and safe.

The one complaint I do have is the plumbing.

I would recommend it to anyone.
