I know Riverset has caught a lot of slack over the years, but this place has character.

You can sit on your balcony and see the leaves on the trees changing.

Its quiet and affordable.

EXCELLENT choice on the island.

Careful, I'm pretty sure the apartment manager wrote this rating. I was just checking this place out and mentioned some of the negativity on some reviews, and these were some of her exact comments... pretty sad.
