NOT SAFE, TOO MUCH THEFT AND BAD MANAGEMENT

TOO MANY BREAK INS AND THEFT FROM APARTMENTS, ANYTHING AND EVERY THING WILL BE STOLEN !!! ALSO QUITE A FEW CARS AND MOTORCYCLES STOLEN ON LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO`NT MOVE !!!
