For those considering living at the Rosecrest, I would urge you - do not! As one of the previous reviews states, the roach problem is horrendous. I've never seen anything like it really. We've tried just about everything, but it seems that it's a building-wide infestation.

In addition, the monthly utility bill is outrageous. They do not calculate utilities for individual apartments, but rather divide up the overall bill based on the square footage of the apartment. I'm not exactly sure why (perhaps because the building is energy inefficient'), we end up paying more in utilities than many of our friends who live in two story homes.

Though there are some advantages to living at the Rosecrest (i.e., it's in Midtown, the exercise room, secured front door), it's still basically an overpriced roach motel.
