Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived here for almost one year now. The office and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. I have never had any major maintenance issues and the minor ones have always been addressed in a timely manner. I have never noticed a bug problem in my apartment or in the building. The lobby is always neat and clean. I enjoy living here.
