When we moved in here under the old management it was kind of a nice place (it is Midtown): real quiet, people were nice, free computers with internet access, and there was a night security guard to keep an eye on things (it is Midtown). The new management has kind of let the building go, remarkable considering the short time they have owned the place. They fired the cleaning staff and use a temp service a couple of days a week with less then superb workmanship. The night security guard has been replaced with a security service who, according to them, are not meant to be called to the premises only to patrol the grounds occasionally (I haven't noticed them and I live here). They have also cut off the air conditioning for some unknown reason.
