the residents are even worse since this was posted. the complex had a 99 dollar move in special and all kinds of riff raff came in. the people across from me have already been evicted for not paying. management (Dusty) has no idea what she is doing.

I was living there at the time of this post, and it is a huge understatement. Imagine hoping your apartment ceiling falls in so you can get out of your lease. I had bad luck. It fell in the hall outside my door and in apartments all around me, but all I got was this toxic mold completely covering the ceiling and walls of my closet and starting to grow on the walls of the living room. I gave a sample of the brown tap water to an MLGW water quality inspector and reported the other horrendous conditions to the Shelby County Code Enforcement office, but it appears that for some reason they were allowed to stay in operation.
