I have only been living here since Jan. of 09 and already about ten cars have been broken into.Essential things are NEVER fixed in a timely manner including air conditioning and hot water. I also had to wait over a week to have a working shower because they had to redo the tile on the wall.Anytime I ever asked a question about when something was going to get fixed the answer was always "I don't know" or "We have no way of knowing". A third party contractor was also given the key to enter my apt when I was not home and was not accompanied by a staff member of Rosecrest. The washer and dryers are small and need to be replaced and some of them have a weird syrup smell. The utilities are put all together and are split among the residents. The hallways always smell like marijuana.Thankfully my lease is about up and I am moving. I would NOT reccommend this apartment complex to anyone.
