On a college budget, this place is decent for a student's needs - if you have a family or large group of borders, find another location.

The fact that its in midtown attracts a lot of homeless, some of which get in through doors in the building, I've had to personally deal with a few and call the police on one. There are also a lot of break-ins, but then again, the whole of midtown deals with that on a daily basis, so you really have to watch what your doing when it comes to parking and leaving stuff where people can see it.
The prices of the utilities are split on a average basis, not with personal use due to the apartment complex is just a renovated hotel.
There also seems to be a high turnover rate for staff, each time I see a new leasing agent I have to wonder how long they'll last.

I do agree with the smell of pot smoke in the hallways, its not my business but It's not appreciated by far.

In my experience any problems with my apartment have been resolved quickly, I'm not sure if its just when you happen to catch the management, if they like you, or what - but I've had an issue with mice, although I suspect it was the tenants next to me causing it.

It says it has a lounge area, gym, pool, and PO Boxes with package delivery - I've had to go down and personally check to see if I have packages, the gym is a letdown - some of the equipment needs work, and the pool needs some work with people adhering to its rules - the computer room - give up on it, it took them forever to fix the internet and even though I had internet in my apartment - it was rude to others in the building who need to use those machines.

Haven't had any issues with the laundromats yet, just people need to empty the damn filters every once in a while.
