mold, rude management, loud parties

I have had a car broken into, mold grow on my couch because the Rosecrest didn't have enough money to finish the new air units so the air has too much moisture and promotes mold (BLACK MOLD).

If you complain to management (-----), she is rude and gets back at you by finding ways to give you the default on your lease.

Management has let in very sketchy characters who throw loud drunken parties at night.

Maintenance men are lazy and the one that lives on the property is one of the ones who is loud and drunk on the weekends.

Utilies are suspeciously high and makes me wonder if they are shafting residents somehow.
