this property is not for anyone. when we received the tour they showed us a fairly maintained apartment but the day we moved in the apartment they we received, the carpet was worn, the doors had holes in them, the kitchen floor was unleaved, the bathroom toilet was running and leaking, the air conditioner was not cooling and it was the middle of summer. while living there we constantly called about the roaches, we experience several attempts of breakins. parking is a joke tenants park where they want to. management answers the phone when they want to and are slow to respond to issues. i can not recommend this apartment to the homeless.
