I lived in these apartments for three years. In which, they have changed management at least three times. The apartment layout is okay for the townhomes. The most important thing you need to know is there are at least two-three shootings every year, sewage backup, mice, electrical and water problems. The entire apartment complex has been singled out as turf for gang members. Oh, the management team will smile in face but I guarantee you when assistance is needed they will turn their back. For safety purposes, find some where else to live unless you are use this type of environment.
