The management has lot to be desired. Because this is a predominately black community, there is no quality of life for what these apt. were built for. I have lived here three years and the management just keeps getting worse. The owner needs to put some money into this building and it could become the building it was. But welcome to America. Nobody gives a damn about us and we don't give a damn about ourselves. I would like to know the owner of this complex. Thank you.
