I lived there for one year (I think it was 2004-2005) of my life. It was literally the longest most miserable time in my life. I had just had a baby and would become pregnant again in that place. It was always cold, managment were absolute DEAD BEATS, some children broke our window out just for fun near the week when Memphis was hit with the snow that shut everything down, it didn't get repaired until two weeks later (the staff didn't care), the garbage would be full for weeks (crap all over the streets), someone hit our car, stray animals everywhere, drugies everywhere, raggedy kids all loud and nosy, lights fell from the ceiling, washer/dryer doors fell from wall, indoor block parties, we had a small electrical fire at about 4am and just every kind of thing that would annoy someone was going on there.
