I've lived here for 9 months and find it a great place to live. The staff is helpful, but not intrusive, and the place has two pools. (although one pool is always reserved for volleyball on sundays). The complex is close to the river (although it will be interesting to see what happens during memphis in may) and to nearby bars/restaurants. Plus it is near the trolley line. Overall, it's nice and I plan to re-up the lease until I can buy a place downtown. Huge closets.
