I have lived here over 4 years. The management here cares about the residents, and is friendly, professional and courteous.

There have been some problems. But overall I would recommend it for those who want to live downtown and want a comfortable place.

Maintenance is prompt and on top of things. The management has a good attitude and is concerned about the residents and the reputation of the property.
