I lived in an apartment for 2 years at South Bluffs. The neighborhood and atmosphere are wonderful. When I first moved in all of my neighbors were very nice and quiet. Towards the end my building was full of college age kids having parties at all hours of the night and young couples with children that would run around LOUDLY upstairs bright and early on the weekend mornings. The assistant manager and office assistants are very nice and helpful. The manager (Tura) is very rude and short with you when you go to her with a problem. I always felt that she turned it around to be my problem. Make sure if you move in here that you let the office know of any problems you have. Otherwise when you move out they will blame you for it and call you and ask for an explanation of why it is this way. I was happy overall with my experience here but was not happy with the way I was treated from when I turned my notice in and after I left.
