Wish It Was Convenient to Move Out

I've lived at South Bluffs for a year now, and would love nothing more than to move out. Unfortunately, if you want to live downtown and have a large dog, they are the only apartments that make logical sense to live in and are somewhat affordable.
The location is about all this place has going for it... that and the office support staff, namely Amanda. Above us we have a mother with a 4 year old child that runs around at all hour of the night and above them is a guy that just graduated from college and thought it would be fun to have his old frat buddies over every weekend. To top that off, our building is encased with spider webs and the spiders that go along with them. When we tell the office about it, good ole Tura always tells us the exterminator comes on Tuesdays. Maybe you need a new exterminator or *gasp* actually powerwash the siding.
Everytime we have needed to address a problem with Tura it has been a most unpleasant experience. Oh, and "security" during Memphis in May... What security' If you call leaving the gate that leads down to Tom Lee Park open all night both the Saturday night of Music Fest AND BBQ safe when you said they would either be guarded or closed, then yeah, it was safe. But don't tell myself, a 24 year old single female, or my roommate, a 26 year old single female, that after we were rudely awoken at 3am by a drunk man banging on our door insisting he come in.
Oh, and hope you don't receive any surprise packages... cause they will put them in their office closet and not tell you. My company sent me a significant bonus check that sat in their office for over a week without anyone letting me know. And nevermind the construction literally surrounding you. Hope you don't like sleeping past 7am.
I wouldn't advise anyone to rent here other than the fact that it is one of the few remaining places to RENT downtown now.
