My husband and I recently moved to the Memphis area and I find that South Bluffs is really one of the best places to be. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as, the maintance staff. The only thing that could use some work is the outside appearance of the apartments, which would only require a good power washing. The location is absolutely fabulous and it is apparent that the neighborhood is progessively developing.
