The Southbluff is an ok place to live.

There are good and bad thing about South Bluffs. The things that I did not enjoy about the Southbluffs was:
* Poor landscaping (The office part of the apartment complex was landscaped the best. If you visit the back area of the complex you notice the poor landscaping.)
* The buildings are extremely dirty ( I understand that the building are white, so there is an huge chance they get dirty faster. But I think that it should so be cleaned cinsidering the $300,000 houses that sit around them.)
* The trash compactor is always broken (which causes trash to build up near the leasing office)

The things that I enjoyed about Southbluffs was:
* It's easy access to Memphis in May
* It is very peaceful and quiet.
* The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
* The apartment are very spacious.

Overall, I would recommend the Southbluffs to someone. There are just some areas that they should work on.

I live here right now, this complex has great landscaping. Some of the buildings are dirty. I'm sure if I mention this to the property management they would get cleaned pretty quickly - but my building is clean, so I'm personally not complaining. The trash compactor works. It is not located near the leasing office and never has in the many years I've lived here. Sometimes the compactor fills up and trash has to be placed near the compactor, but maintenance deals with this issue effectively so it is not a big deal to me.
